It is a great venue and small boutique distillery. Beautifully Historic house and Brewery. Staffs are lovely and caring. Food was great. Price is very reasonable. As we all know their whiskies are great.
We did the premium tour. Enjoyed the whole experience, our guide was super informative throughout and the selection of whiskey and liqueurs were enjoyed in the outside courtyard. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Hobart and surrounds.

Such a hidden gem in a little town.
John, the guide, was very knowledgeable. There is so much history in such a small heritage building. The tour and tasting definitely worth the money. The serving of the lunch/cheese platter was very generous as well as the whiskey tasting.
A definitely must to try place and you should not leave emtpy handed. We love their Solera cask batch #5. So much flavour and complexity.
What a fantastic place to visit and taste whiskey and gin. We had lunch there today and they could not have been more accommodating, even bringing out some food for our dog. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were amazing. Young lad behind the counter knew all the history of the building. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice day out. We will definitely be back!!!!
Such an interesting and enjoyable experience touring the distillery, learning about the whisky and gin process behind the scenes and sitting in the beautiful courtyard for our tasting and lunch. We really enjoyed it and thought the staff were very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend it.

Nice place to taste a surprising selection of Tasmanian whiskeys. Nice location with information on whiskey making, decent food with the whiskey and a friendly team. We really enjoyed our time and also took some whiskey home. It is a bit on the expensive side, but certainly something very special to bring back from Tasmania.
